How can Smart Printing Services (SPS) help you?

• Buy or Lease your printer as usual.
• Take out an SPS Agreement with HP / Sord.

Whats covered?

• All Service Calls, Parts and Labour for 3 years.
• All Consumables and Maintenance Kits for 3 Years.

How it works:

• Over the first year HP monitors the consumables you use.
• When a consumable is 80% used HP send you a new one.
• As your usage pattern becomes established you only get consumables as required.
• You pay for the consumables you use and that's it.
• You get billed quarterly for your agreement.

Benefits:

• Pay only for what you use, you pay for consumable cartridges, not pages.
• No need to order any consumables.
• No need to manage supplies for your printers, they arrive automatically.
• No stock of consumables that go end of life and are wasted.
• Consumables replaced before they run out, better end user service.

HP Printer Trade-in Programme

Trade in ANY old printer for a new HP Mono Laser, Colour Laser, A3 or A4 MFP or Plotter

Terms and Conditions - This is a simple scheme but there are a few rules to follow:

1. Buy a new HP printer from Sord Data Systems
2. Sord or the end user can fill out the documentation to get your trade-in rebate

• You can get a direct payment to your bank or a credit note from Sord or you can get credit against future purchases - whichever method suits your accounts department. For this service there is an admin fee of €45 + VAT.
• You can complete the trade in details yourself on-line and get a payment back to your bank account directly from HP. If this suits your accounting procedures then please feel free to use this method.

3. Old device must be capable of printing a test page (i.e. working device)
4. HP will collect free of charge
5. Device must be clearly labelled with the Trade in Number and be ready for collection. For Large Format or Heavy devices some additional packaging may be needed. Often the packing on the new device can be simply reused for the old device.
