Credit Cards We accept MasterCard, Visa and Laser Cards. Cards are only debited shortly before thegoods are due for delivery. Collections Items can be collected from Sord Data Systems between 9.00am and 5.00 pm. Customers should onlyattempt collection when they have been notified that an item is ready for collection. Please bringyour order acknowledgement slip and some form of photo ID. Deliveries Sord endeavors to maintain as short a delivery time as possible but can only commit to delivery times where goods are listed as in stock. Goods listed as in stock will usually be delivered within 5 working days If an item is listed as zero stock then there will be a longer delivery time. The exact delivery time will depend on the manufacturer. If an item explicitly lists a lead time then this is the minimum delivery timescale for the item. Normal delivery is by DHL overnight courier. Cost is €15 euro + VAT @ 23% (€18.45 incl. VAT) per order Deliveries are made on normal working days only and are generally between the hours of 8am and 4pm. For route scheduling reasons it is not possible to give an estimated time of day for individual deliveries. Saturday Deliveries are available in many countries for an extra charge. If you are not usually at home to receive a delivery or if you live in a rural area then consider having the shipment delivered to a work address instead. If there is nobody present to accept the shipment a card will be left asking the recipient to contact their nearest DHL Delivery Centre. They can then rearrange the delivery or may prefer to collect the shipment themselves (photo ID is required). Items can be delivered direct to a workplace where the recipient can be contacted to receive them. Some companies have delivery policies about goods for employees. If you company will not accept a delivery on your behalf then DO NOT use your company address when ordering. If you wish to use your company address but receive the goods directly please call Sord Data Systems to arrange delivery details. If possible we will facilitate delivery to a named individual where the company does not accept staff deliveries. This arrangement must be notified to us by phone, fax or email. Privacy & Security Statement All email addresses and contact details are stored in encrypted format and can only be used for processing your order unless you have expressly given permission for another use. All credit card details are stored on SSL Secure servers and are verified by Visa / MasterCard Securecode as part of the transaction process. Software covers computer operating systems, applications and any vendor defined software licenses Pricing: All prices on Sord Data Systems website are stated both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. All prices exclude delivery and any other charges that may apply unless other wise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are updated electronically at regular intervals. Sord reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has been made. A revised price offer will be issued at the corrected price. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all prices Sord Data Systems is not bound by the prices listed Products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer‘s standard specifications. Specifications may change without notice and products substitutions may occur. Customers will be notified of any changes to an existing undelivered order. Returns Information: Any product can be returned within 7 days as per the consumer legislation and the customer will be credited provided products are in the original packaging and are in “as new” condition. Goods can not be returned after this 7 day period. Software can not be returned once it has been opened as the software vendor will not take back opened software. Warranty: All items carry the manufacturers warranty and all customers agree to be bound by this warranty. Sord Data Systems do not provide any additional warranty unless it is purchased as an extended warranty option at the time of purchase of the product. Other liabilities: The extent of the vendor liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and the vendor shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage whether suffered by the purchaser or any customer of the purchaser and whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond Sord Data System&lsquos; control, we are not liable for delays in performance and completion. Orders can be cancelled if due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to fulfill the order. Disputes: Sord will endeavor to settle any dispute with the customer in an amicable manner. In the event that the dispute can not be solved it is open to arbitration by agreed arbiters or is the subject of Irish Law.
